Below are the terms and conditions that outline our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and related information.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take a little longer.


2. Shipping Times

We partner with trusted global suppliers to deliver quality products at the best prices.
As a result, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

These are estimated shipping times. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or high shipping volumes.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page or via your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information doesn’t update after several days, don’t worry, it may take some time for tracking details to appear while your package is in transit.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on most orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a product requires a shipping fee, it will be clearly shown during the checkout process.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
If you made an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at supportlunaglow@gmail.com.

Once your order is processed or shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

LunaGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbours first.
If the package cannot be located, contact us at supportlunaglow@gmail.com we’ll do our best to help you locate or replace your order.

Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout, your order is protected against loss or damage during transit. In this case, LunaGlow will assist with a replacement or resolution upon receiving valid proof.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, LunaGlow is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We remain responsible only for items that are lost in transit, damaged in transit, or affected by carrier delivery errors, provided appropriate evidence is supplied.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LunaGlow is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply to your order.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay these fees, your package may be returned or destroyed by customs, refunds will not be issued for such cases.


8. Delayed Deliveries

Sometimes international shipments can experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal delays, or natural events.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare cases.


9. Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery times.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.
